PURCHASE RETURNS
The consumer has the right to return the goods without explanation or instructions from the consumer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- The consumer acknowledges that, in accordance with the provisions of § 1837 of Law No. 89/2012 Coll. of the Civil Code of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code), it is impossible to refuse, inter alia, a contract for the sale of goods if the delivery of goods is modified at the request of the buyer .
- If this is not the case specified in paragraph 1 of this article, or another case in which cancellation of the purchase and sale agreement is impossible, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. from the date of receipt of the goods.
- If the consumer wishes to exercise this right, the consumer is obliged, no later than the last day of the specified period, to deliver a written refusal of the purchase and sale agreement to the seller’s contact address or send this refusal to the seller’s address. email address specified in the “Contacts ” section Seller .
- In case of cancellation of the purchase and sale agreement in accordance with paragraph 2 of this article, the purchase and sale agreement is terminated in the first place. The goods must be returned by the consumer to the seller within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to the seller of the termination of the sales contract. If the Buyer refuses the purchase and sale agreement, the costs associated with returning the goods to the seller shall be borne by the Buyer . The buyer returns the goods using a delivery method that does not include cash on delivery, otherwise the seller will not accept the parcel as cash on delivery.
- The Seller will return the money, including delivery costs, within 14 days from the date of cancellation of the contract, but cannot return the money until the goods have been received from the Buyer .

- Protection of personal information
- Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which, as of 25 May 2018, replaces Law No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
- The operator does not transfer the buyer’s personal data to third parties, with the exception of the transport company for the delivery of goods and/or services, as well as government agencies in the event of an inspection.
- The operator is obliged to ensure the security of the buyer’s personal data before it becomes available to unauthorized persons by taking appropriate technical and organizational measures. Also, all operator employees are required to maintain confidentiality regarding the buyer’s personal data.
- The person concerned has the rights defined by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, namely:

- The operator receives the following personal data from the buyer: first name, last name, address, delivery address, payment address, telephone number, email address, which are processed in order to correctly process your order. This personal data is stored for 10 years for archival purposes. As part of order processing, the processing of personal data is carried out for the purposes of issuing invoices, issuing warehouse (shipping) invoices, ensuring the transportation of shipments, as well as accounting for the operator’s accounts.

- If the Buyer has consented to the processing of personal data in the online store for the purposes of electronic marketing, he agrees to sending electronic messages to the contact email address.
- Personal data for the purposes of electronic marketing in the field of first and last name, email address are provided for a period of five years. This personal data is not passed on to third parties.
- The buyer can withdraw his consent at any time by sending a review regarding the processing of personal data, in which case we will immediately delete it. Logging out is also possible by unchecking the user account (if the client has requested the creation of a user account). We will no longer use the personal information you provide for email marketing purposes.
